Computing (SecureCom-10) In conjunction with The Second IEEE
International Conference on Privacy, Security, Risk and Trust.
(August 2010) Dr. Gandhi gave a talk the 2010 USACE
Leadership Development Program at PKI. The talk elaborated on
the need for cybersecurity for control systems.

Cobra Rahmani, a research assistant under the supervision of
