Pradip Kumar expired on October 28, 2001. As mentioned
on another post in RMIM, he was one of the last few
remaining heros who made their way into their admirers'
hearts not by flexing muscle but through their acting
and through soft romatic songs.

In the 50's Hemant Kumar was undoubtedly the most
prolific singer to playback for Pradip Kumar. I was
searching for a song absent from the ISB to post
on RMIM, and after transliterating a few songs I 
hit upon this song. A soft lilting duet picturized
on Pradip Kumar and Mala Sinha expressing their
love on a moonlit night (AFAIR the song is sung
on the top of a roof). An electrifying song IMO
on my most favorite Hemant-Geeta duets. 

This is an easily available song,
a regular on Chitrahaar and featuring on more
than one HMV compilation. If you are an admirer
of old HFM and haven't heard this song yet, or
