dil leke bhuulaa denaa

I had always thaught that Hemant only sang geets.But then in early 50s I listened to this ghazal from AIR Delhi for the first time.He was at his usual best in rendering the gazal too. This is perhaps the only gazal he rendered except, may be, in films.Any other non-film ghazal by Hemant ? Lyrics are by Fayyaz Hashmi. I have not followed any translitration rules.

Dil le ke bhulaa denaa ik khel tumaaraa hai
tum ko to nahee.n kuchh bhi nuqsaan hamaaraa hai

Yeh jhooti tasalli jo beemaar ko dete ho
ik doobne wale ko tinke kaa sahaaraa hai

tum hamako bhuula doge 'ye sach hai' magar hamako
ummiid ke ik chhoTe se lavz n maaraa hai

mei.n aur tujhe dekhu.n ye taab kahaa.n mujh mai.n
zalim teri surat ne aa.nkhoo.n ko ubhaara hai

Fayyaz bas ab unko ham unse hi maa.ngai.n ge
Uoo.n daaman-e-dil unke qadmoo.n pe pasaaraa hai
